You can now get reliable answers to your health questions and effective solutions thanks to Generali Mobile Health, the new app launched by Generali Deutschland that provides various health services in one seamless user journey, including an AI-based symptom-checker, medical video-consultations, a health glossary, and access to specialists.

 

Being free of charge for everyone, not only for Generali customers, the new app substantiates Generali’s mission to be a Lifetime Partner in health. Following the launch in Germany, the app will also be available in other markets.

  1. Medical video consultation and fast & easy appointment booking:

Users can make an appointment for a consultation within the next 48 hours with a doctor of their choice. In case of a prescription, they can choose between the delivery by an online pharmacy or picking it up at an on-site pharmacy. In case of a sicknote, users can share it with their employer by mail.

  • The integrated telemedical solution is provided by Zava.

 

  1. Symptoms & illness check

If users are feeling unwell and want to check what kind of illness they have and if it would be urgent to consult a doctor, they can recur to the symptoms check to get an AI and data-based result. In addition, if users wonder if they suffer from a specific illness, they can do the illness check to be more certain.

  • The integrated solution is provided by XUND.

 

  1. Illnesses A-Z: Reliable information on illness and therapies

With the available health glossary, users get reliable information about illnesses and therapies from approved medical sources.
