Lo sappiamo tutti. Ma fermiamoci un attimo a riflettere: cosa significa veramente? Come si traduce nelle nostre attività quotidiane, mentre lavoriamo per assicurare una crescita forte e redditizia della nostra base clienti, oltre che della nostra espansione geografica?
In qualità di responsabile del Business Development & Sustainability di Generali International, questo è un aspetto da tenere costantemente presente in ogni operazione. Infatti, per quanto un affare sia redditizio e attraente, l'impatto sulla sostenibilità deve essere una priorità.
L'inclusione della funzione di Sostenibilità Internazionale nell'ambito del Business Development, inoltre, rappresenta una leva importante per perseguire questo obiettivo. Insieme a molti colleghi della comunità internazionale, lavoriamo ogni giorno per ideare e realizzare lo stesso percorso di Sostenibilità.
Guardando tutte le straordinarie storie pubblicate, la Sostenibilità ha molti significati importanti per tutti noi. Per me, uno di questi è destinare le risorse a progetti sostenibili e di valore, per un FUTURO RESPONSABILE!

Sustainable Development
“Lifetime Partner 24 – Driving Growth” has identified Sustainable Growth as the first of the 3 pillars of our strategy.
We all know that. But let’s stop for a moment and think about it: what does this really mean? How does this translate into our day-by-day activities, while we are working to ensure a strong and profitable growth of our clients’ base, as well as our geographical expansion?
As responsible for Business Development & Sustainability at Generali International this is something that needs to be kept constantly in mind in every transaction. That’s because, no matter how profitable and attractive is a business deal, the impact on Sustainability must be a priority.
The inclusion of the International Sustainability function under the scope of Business Development, moreover, represents an important lever to pursue this goal. Together with many colleagues of the International community, we are working every day, to devise and implement the same Sustainability journey.
Looking at all the amazing stories published, Sustainability has many important meanings for all of us. To me, one of them, is to allocate resources towards sustainable and valuable projects, for a RESPONSIBLE FUTURE!
