Europ Assistance and Flight Centre Group Launch Strategic Partnership in Australia and New Zealand

Europ Assistance and global travel agency Flight Centre Group Limited, have successfully launched their partnership this month in Australia and, for the first time in Europ Assistance’s history, New Zealand.

Europ Assistance will offer travel insurance and overseas emergency assistance services, through Flight Centre Travel Group’s multiple leisure, independent and luxury travel brands across five countries, with online and retail white label solutions.

The Flight Centre Travel Group is one of the world’s largest travel retailers and corporate travel managers. Headquartered in Brisbane (Australia), it has company-owned leisure and corporate travel business in 24 countries, spanning Australia, New Zealand, the Americas, Europe, the United Kingdom, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates and Asia.

This partnership is a significant collaboration for Europ Assistance and part of the group’s strategic push into new markets. It marks the start of Europ Assistance’s presence in the Australia and New Zealand markets, with offices now located in Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland.

The roll out of the partnership continues into 2025 with Canada, the US and the UK the next countries to follow.
