Live streaming - Annual General Meeting 2025
For the 2025 Shareholders’ Meeting Generali offers again the possibility to its shareholders that voted through the Designated Representative to attend the entire proceedings of the Meeting via live streaming and to the public to access the opening speeches of the AGM.

For the Shareholders' Meeting of April 24th, 2025, Assicurazioni Generali will offer those who voted through the Designated representative the opportunity to follow the Meeting’s proceedings in video live streaming. In addition, also those that have not used that service will be able to access the opening speeches to the AGM by Chairman, Group CEO and Group CFO, with a link available on this page. In this way, a large audience of stakeholders will be able to easily witness this important moment of corporate communication.
The live streaming will begin at 9.00 am on April 24th, 2025 and will end at 10.30 approx. for the public and with the end of the meeting proceedings for legitimated shareholders at 2.00 pm approx.
The live streaming service will also be available, aside from the Italian version, with simultaneous translation in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian Sign Language. Italian subtitles will also be available.
Advance registration will be required to access the live stream: limited identificatory data will be requested, including an e-mail address, and, for shareholders entitled to vote, information on the communication for participation requested from the custodian.
It is kindly recommended to register as soon as possible with the procedure available from April 10th, 2025 through the underlying button "ACCESS TO STREAMING".
