Generali Women in Sailing

On the occasion of Barcolana, Trieste's famous historic regatta, Generali is offering the "Generali Women in Sailing" trophy, awarded to the first mixed team with a woman in the role of skipper responsible of the boat. The winner is rewarded not only with the glass trophy made by Barovier but also with a personalised coaching and leadership programme delivered by Generali Academy.
Generali Academy is a school of excellence, specifically created to develop managerial skills, share experiences and spare company culture. As part of Barcolana, the Women in Sailing by Generali project aims to highlight the importance of all the women participating in the event, at sea, on land, and in the organisation.
