Constantly exposed to an overload of information, retrievable on the internet at one’s will, users expect journalists to produce accurate and qualitative news able to cope with the ongoing digital transformation.
On the other hand, it is increasingly becoming evident the crucial role that companies can play in actively conveying, via corporate channels, a sense of community engagement.
