Generali awarded at the MF Insurance Awards 2022
The Group was recognised for its sustainability commitment as well as for the best stock market performance, its shareholders’ equity and net profit and for the best international expansion strategy
Generali was recognised at the prestigious MF Insurance Awards 2022 from MF – Milano Finanza of the Class Editori group, which rewards products, initiatives & services and certified excellence in the insurance industry.
The Group received two awards in the “Compagnie di valore” category for the best stock market performance and for its shareholders’ equity and net profit respectively, as well as the “Insurance Élite” prize for the best international expansion strategy.
The MF Insurance Awards also recognised Generali’s sustainability commitment through the “ESG Insurance Élite” special award for Fenice 190 – the five-year 3.5 billion euro investment plan to support the sustainable recovery in Europe and the real economy – and the Group’s climate protection initiatives.
During the event, Generali Global Corporate & Commercial was also awarded in the “Compagnie di valore” category for the best technical results in the transported goods sector and in the rail, air, and sea vehicles sector.
The award ceremony was held at Milan’s National Museum of Science and Technology "Leonardo da Vinci". Generali was represented by Giulia Raffo, Head of Investor & Rating Agency Relations, Annamaria Bradamante, Head of Group CFO Office, Lucia Silva, Group Head of Sustainability & Social Responsibility, and Emanuela Mantini, Group Head of Strategy & Business Transformation.
