The Integrated Governance Conference highlights the new Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee of the Group

Generali was recognized as a best practice for its new Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee at the Integrated Governance Conference. The conference was focused on the “good” governance of the 40 Italian listed companies in the FTSE Mib.
The results of the first observatory on integrated governance in Italy and Europe were presented during the conference: three surveys that started at the beginning of the year and analyzed the level of the integrated governance, i.e. the extent to which all economic, environmental, social and governance variables are taken into consideration when defining strategies, with a particular focus on a medium-long term perspective.
