Generali is a 2025 “Top Employer”

Generali has been recognised as a “Top Employer” again in 2025 by the Top Employers Institute, the global certifying body for HR excellence, thanks to the policies and strategies implemented to attract the best talents, provide specific support for career development, and contribute to the well-being of employees thanks to a hybrid work model as well as initiatives dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The Top Employer certification has been achieved by Assicurazioni Generali, Generali Italia, Generali España, Europ Assistance Italia, and AFP PlanVital in Chile.

Compared to 2024, Assicurazioni Generali’s overall score reached 94.18%, scoring significantly higher than the external benchmark and other EU insurance companies, thanks to the effectiveness of its People Strategy and especially the ability to attract, develop and engage talents, promoting well-being and continuous learning.

Generali Italia ranked first in Italy among 151 certified companies. The Top Employers Institute awarded the significant commitment shown over the years and the constant investments on hybrid work, gender equality and women empowerment policies, training and performance management, tools dedicated to well-being and corporate welfare, as well as the strong push on innovation and new technologies, through continuous upskilling initiatives.

Generali España ranked first in Spain among 137 certified companies, scoring 100% in all the categories evaluated thanks to its commitment to its employees’ career, well-being, and engagement.

Europ Assistance Italia was recognised as Top Employer for the first time thanks to the initiatives dedicated to the well-being of its employees, aimed to ensure work-life balance and to create an inclusive environment.

In Chile, AFP PlanVital was recognised for its commitment to ensuring a flexible and collaborative working environment based on trusting relationships and a hybrid work model.
