Generali: Carlo Trabattoni appointed Chair of Generali Investments Luxemburg S.A and Generali Real Estate SGR

Milan – Following the announcement on 18 April 2024 on the new Group’s organizational structure, Generali announces that Carlo Trabattoni is appointed Chair of the Board of Directors of Generali Real Estate S.p.A. SGR (GRE SGR), the Group’s company focused on the management of real estate investment funds. 
Aldo Mazzocco, CEO of Generali Real Estate S.p.A., also takes up the position of Vice Chair of GRE SGR.

Carlo Trabattoni will also assume the role of Chair of the Board of Directors of Generali Investments Luxembourg S.A, the product factory of Generali Investments Holding S.p.A. and then he maintains his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Plenisfer Investments S.p.A. SGR.
