Determined, authentic, able to speak up: originally from Lebanon, Caroline experienced war and struggled to build her career. Now living in Canada, she is the founder and President of Women in Governance, a non-profit organization aiming to encourage women to develop their leadership, advance their careers and access Board seats. She strongly believes in her organization's mission and in the importance of diversity and inclusion as different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives are key to innovation, competitiveness and success.
