A new home

My story begins here in 2019, I came to Curitiba from the interior of Paraná, with some dreams and expectations of the "big city" in my suitcase, and for me it is really big.

After 5 months of looking for a job and sending out CVs like crazy, a vacancy came up at CEABS, in the equipment maintenance sector, and just like coming here, working with this was a totally new and challenging thing, I had never seen anything like it, and there if my journey here has begun.
Since I joined, I've felt encouraged to learn more and more, I've always seen the people around me with clear opportunities for growth, and the working environment here is by far the best I've experienced.

This last part is what makes me always want to be part of this great company, the CARE here is something that impresses me a lot, I feel like I have a second family here even though mine is miles away, I feel loved and cared for by everyone around me, I have made amazing friendships here inside, friendships that I want to take with me for the rest of my life and that is something that is priceless.

I hope to contribute more and more every day, and I appreciate the opportunity to be part of all this and to build my story here.

Um novo lar

Minha história aqui começa em 2019, vim do interior da Paraná para Curitiba, na mala vários sonhos e expectativas com a "cidade grande", e pra mim é realmente grande.

Após 5 meses procurando emprego e enviando currículo igual louco surgiu uma vaga na CEABS, no setor de manutenção de equipamentos, e assim como minha vinda pra cá, trabalhar com isso foi uma coisa totalmente nova e desafiante, nunca tinha visto nada igual, e ai se tem inicio minha jornada aqui.
Desde que entrei aqui me senti encorajado a aprender mais e mais, sempre vi as pessoas ao redor com claras oportunidades de crescimento, além disso, o ambiente de trabalho aqui é de longe o melhor que eu já vi até hoje.

Essa última parte é o que me faz querer sempre fazer parte dessa grande empresa, o CARE aqui é algo que me impressiona muito, sinto como se tivesse uma segunda família aqui, mesmo a minha estando a quilômetros de distância, me sinto querido e cuidado por todos que me rodeiam, fiz amizades incríveis aqui dentro, amizades que quero levar pro resto da vida e isso é algo que não tem preço.

Espero contribuir mais e mais a cada dia, e agradeço a oportunidade de fazer parte de tudo isso e construir minha história aqui.
