My name is Yuriko Manaka Bórquez and I live in Santiago de Chile, in the south of the world. It is difficult for me to talk about myself: I joined the company in 1992, and due to several mergers I came to AFP PLANVITAL in 2006, at which time I was assigned to work with inheritances (a subject that I did not know how to deal with and that I learnt on my own), a subject that I have been organising ever since. With perseverance, I taught my colleagues in the agencies to use the same criteria of analysis and work. Currently, with the pandemic issue (which no one imagined would happen and which we only saw in films), we have seen the fruits of this work;
since we can work in a coordinated way and pay the inheritances in an efficient and fast way, managing to form a great team with mutual support.
In recent years, our company has made several improvements to the system, which have been useful in "connecting and communicating" with the various departments and in carrying out the work in the best possible way, with the commitment and willingness of everyone to provide a good service to our members, beneficiaries and heirs.

Mi nombre es Yuriko Manaka Bórquez, vivo es Santiago de Chile, en el sur del mundo.
Para mí es difícil hablar de mi persona, pero:
Ingresé a la empresa en el año 1992, y por diversas fusiones empresariales he llegado a AFP PLANVITAL en el año 2006, en esa época me asignan trabajar con herencias (materia que no dominaba y que aprendí autocapacitándome), este tema lo he organizado desde esa fecha. Con perseverancia he enseñado administrativamente a mis colegas de las Agencias a tener un mismo criterio de análisis y de trabajo. Actualmente, con el tema de la pandemia (que nadie se imaginaba vivir, y que sólo veíamos en películas), se han visto los frutos de la labor realizada;
ya que podemos trabajar en forma coordinada y pagar las herencias en forma eficiente y rápida, logrando formar un gran equipo con mutuo apoyo.
Nuestra compañía, ha implementado varias mejoras en el sistema estos últimos años, que han sido de utilidad para estar “conectados y comunicados” con diferentes áreas, y poder realizar el trabajo de la mejor manera, con el compromiso y la buena disposición de todos para dar un buen servicio a nuestros afiliados, beneficiarios y herederos.
