Motivated to maintain highest Employee Engagement
My best day in Generali was when I learned about the results of the Non-Life Department’s Engagement Score improvements in the 2019 Employee Engagement Survey. My first survey was carried out in June 2017, I had been with Generali Switzerland 3 months, and the results with an Engagement Score of 73 were not satisfying. Two years later, this score had improved to 87. To keep my employees performing their daily tasks with the highest possible engagement is what motivates me to wake up cheerfully every morning.
I am proud to work for Generali because everyone can bring himself in as if he was his or her entrepreneur, everyone is empowered to do the right thing for customers and other stakeholders at large.

Motivated to maintain highest Employee Engagement
On my first day at Generali, I met many colleagues who’s names I frantically tried to remember. What I remembered vividly was the lunch I had with my CEO Andi, who sat us at a large table in the middle of the cantina, so that he could introduce me to many employees and ExCo colleagues.
