Growing in the company

When I think about the meaning of the word GROW, so many references come to mind .... but what it means to me to grow in this company is the experience I want to share.


More than 20 years ago, my story began in the company, I have travelled a long road of work challenges, areas, job changes, professional growth of all kinds, which built not only my professional life, but also my personal life. Working, I graduated, started a family, had my son Felipe, and many other experiences that accompanied this job and would find me to a large extent who I am today.


But beyond what can be called professional growth, in this company I also found support for my inner growth, my personal growth, by connecting and identifying with shared values of social sensitivity.

Hand in hand with the company, for years, with CSR actions and then with participating in THSN, I have been part of a wonderful community work that mobilises me to be a part of, to commit myself to the greater good of different communities in the society in which I live.

Concrete as Volunteers in Road Safety Education in schools, Training for vulnerable communities, Children's Day Actions, among others brought me closer to various realities that enriched mine.


I have shared this journey of social values with many colleagues from my team and other areas, from whom I have learnt much more than I expected.


Being part of the company and sharing this kind of values makes me proud and feeds the dream that a better world is possible and that it is necessary to assume the commitment and get involved to build it and make it happen.

Crecer en la empresa

Cuando pienso en el significado de la palabra CRECER, se me vienen tantas referencias .... pero que significo crecer para mi en esta empresa es la experiencia que quiero compartir.

Hace mas de 20 años que comenzó mi historia en la compañía, he recorrido un largo camino de desafíos laborales, áreas, cambios de puestos, crecimiento profesional de todo tipo, que construyeron, no solo mi vida laboral sino la personal. Trabajando, me gradué, forme una familia, tuve mi hijo Felipe, y muchas vivencias más que este trabajo acompañado y me encontraría en gran medida ser quien soy actualmente.

Pero mas allá de lo que se puede conocer como crecimiento profesional que obtuve, en esta empresa encontré además el acompañamiento en crecimiento interior, crecimiento como persona, al conectarme e identificarme con valores de sensibilidad social compartidos.

De la mano de la compañía, desde hace años que, con acciones de RSE y luego con la participación en THSN, he sido parte de trabajos comunitarios maravillosos que me movilizan a ser parte, a comprometerme en post de un bienestar mayor de diversas comunidades en la sociedad que vivo.

Concretas como Voluntariados en Educación Vial en colegios, Capacitaciones a Comunidades vulnerables, Acciones del día del niño, entre otras me acercaron a diversas realidades que enriquecieron la mía.

Este camino de valores sociales compartí experiencias con gran cantidad de compañeros de mi equipo y otras áreas de los cuales aprendí mucho más de lo que esperaba.

Ser parte de la compañía y compartir este tipo valores me enorgullece y alimenta el sueño de que es posible un mundo mejor que es necesario asumir el compromiso e involucrarse para construirlo y hacerlo realidad.
