Hello,

My name is Rodelin St Fleur, I am from Haiti, but I have been living in Chile for almost 6 years as a migrant. During these last 5 years in this country, I have lived enough to understand it, to feel it, to analyse it, to see honestly the good and the bad of my experiences. Because it is not easy to live in another country. Although the most difficult thing is different for each person. But for me, one of the hardest things about being a migrant in Chile is missing my family and friends that I left behind in Haiti. As you know, missing relatives is the hardest thing for those who leave their country.

But in November 2019, I found a new family in this great company. When I was hired and trained to answer calls from my compatriots, I arrived at the contact centre. For me, this was a prayer answered by God, as I was looking for different ways to help the Haitian community living in Chile, knowing that most of them do not speak the language and suffer a lot when they need to get attention and a solution for their needs in the AFP system. PlanVital is the first company in Chile that has managed to understand the needs of this community that suffers day after day for not speaking Spanish, today I work as a translator and contact centre manager serving my community and also the Chilean community. Their happiness can be felt and heard in every call I receive.

That, and the great teamwork we have in the company, makes us one big family that grows and improves every day. And these are the things that make me proud to be part of the company.

Una oportunidad para crecer y servir a mis compatriotas en Chile.

Hola,

Mi Nombre es Rodelin St Fleur, soy de Haiti, pero ya son casi 6 años que tengo viviendo en Chile como migrante. Durante estos últimos 5 años en este País, he vivido suficiente para entenderlo, sentirloy analizarlo, viendo honestamente lo bueno y lo malo de mis experiencias. Porque vivir en otro País no es nada fácil. Aunque, para cada persona, lo más difícil es diferente.  Por ejemplo, un Haitiano que Habla Español en Chile y otro que no lo habla.

Pero , para mi, una de las cosas más difíciles de ser migrante en Chile es el de extrañar a mi familia y mis amigos que dejé en Haiti. Como saben, extrañar a los parientes es lo más difícil para quienes se van de su país.

Pero noviembre 2019 encontré una nueva familia en esta gran Compañía. Cuando me contrataron y me capacitaron para atender las llamadas de mis compatriotas que llegaba en el contact center. Eso para mi fue una oración contestada por Dios, ya que estuve buscando varias opciones para ayudar la comunidad Haitiana que vive en Chile, sabiendo que la mayoría no hablan el Idioma y sufren mucho cuando necesitan recibir una atención y solución para sus requerimientos en el sistema de AFP. PlanVital es la 1era empresa en Chile que logro entender la necesidad de esta comunidad que día tras día sufren por no hablar Español, hoy día trabajo como traductor y ejecutivo de contact center sirviendo a mi comunidad y tambien a la comunidad Chilena. La felicidad de ellos se siente y se escucha en cada llamada que recibo.

Eso más el gran trabajo en equipo que tenemos en la empresa nos convierte en una gran familia que crece y mejora día tras día. Y esas cosas son las que me hace sentir orgulloso de ser parte de la Compañía.
