Generali Group is looking for 20 young talents for a global career. Start-up of the first Generali Global Graduate Program

Trieste - Candidates with an international profile and across-the-board skills, specialized in Economics, Finance, Business, IT, digital marketing or quantitative subjects (Maths, Statistics, etc.). This is the profile of the 20 young people Generali is seeking around the world for the new “Generali Global Graduate Program”, an international program of excellence whose goal is to recruit new talents to grow in the Group and launch on an international career.
The 18-month program will begin in September 2015 and end in March 2017. Participants will work on an international job-rotation basis in a variety of business sectors in the 60 countries where the Group operates. The initiative includes participation in a training course for a “Generali MIB Master in Insurance management” developed in partnership with the MIB School of Management of Trieste. The participants will be contracted employees of Assicurazioni Generali Head Office for the duration of the program and subsequently hired to work in one of the Generali Group companies around the world.

Candidates must be graduated (or soon graduating) with a master’s degree, with impressive educational qualifications, have not more than two years previous work experience and be available on a full-time basis as from September 2015. Excellent knowledge of English and at least one other language is essential, as well as at least 4 months of work or study experience outside their country of origin.
In addition to technical competencies, candidates must be highly motivated and keen to work at international level; they will be interested in embarking on a global career and will share the values of the Generali Group, geared to achieving objectives, empowering people and the community.
