Generali awarded at the Inhousecommunity Awards

Giuseppe Catalano and Antonio Cangeri, respectively Head of Corporate Affairs & Company Secretary and General Group Counsel of Generali, received two important recognitions at the Inhousecommunity Awards.
The event, held in Milan, rewarded the best professionals in the legal affairs, tax, human resources and finance areas.

Giuseppe Catalano received the “Best Practice Company Secretary Award” as "promoter this year of important statutory changes that impacted on the Generali governance, obtaining an unanimous approval from the shareholders".

Antonio Cangeri has been recognized as "In House Counsel of the Year in Insurance" thanks to the "legal attitude aimed at problem solving and effective support for business growth, including the recent issue of Generali's green bond, the first of its kind in the European insurance sector.
