Motherhood does not change the fact that women have interests and the desire to learn and engage in new projects. That is the belief behind Hana's decision to create "Moms Learn to Code", the project aiming to motivate women, and especially mothers, to take their first steps in tech and learn the basics of coding.
Hana also joined a programme developed by The Human Safety Net, Generali's flagship initiative for the communities, which offered workshops and coaching for starting entrepreneurs with a migrant background in Switzerland. While challenging male domination in the STEM sector, Hana points to the most important outcome of her project: helping women develop or reinforce self-confidence and the awareness that they are in charge of their own lives.

Powered by Generali, Meet’Her is the project developed by Yolène Margand and Nicolas Breton to tell the stories of talented women from all over the world who turned challenges into opportunities. Inspiring stories of courage, ownership, innovation and human touch, for a more diverse and inclusive world.
