Generali’s response to ageing and evolving social security

In recent months, older citizens are not just struggling with greater health risks: isolation has amplified the challenges for their autonomy and financial protection. This is why we are providing solutions to complement their social security needs, such as dedicated coverage and pension schemes worth more than € 3 billion.

We are also investing € 100 million to further develop a Global Pension proposition for ageing population and senior care assistance, and financing strategic sectors for an ageing population through dedicated funds such as the SRI Ageing Population.

Finally, we believe in the importance of involving and empowering senior colleagues while fighting and overcoming age-related stereotypes.
