The year was 2014, I was 21/22 years old and mother of a 1 year old boy and trying again to fit into the job market, was when I was called for a dynamic in a company that ate then had not heard of, Ceabs services. I remember like you do today at the interview, the first thing they asked me was who would take care of my son, especially if he got sick? And that moment, I was wrong to think that I could count on the people close to me, because at that time it is only the mother herself. I was hired and in the first week, my son got sick and I had to stay at home with him, at that moment I thought I would not go through the experience, it was then that I discovered a very human company that really values its mission and its values, CARE : "We value people, have time for others, share success with the team and are open to feedbacks".

It is now 2021, 7 years later, and besides my job, I have still great opportunities for growth, where I went through 3 selection processes, the first for quality, the second for administrative assistant and leadership, in which I did not want to participate, because I did not believe in my potential, but my managers did and today I am a service supervisor, and I try to develop my team in the best way possible, so that they mirror each other and have the stamina to grow. Today I am also a mother of two boys, a single mother, I left an abusive relationship and thank God my children are extraordinary healthy and I don't have to take time off work. Today the three of us are a very happy family, grateful for my work which, in this time of pandemic gives us the home office and allows me to work and be together with my children.

Uma grande oportunidade

O Ano era 2014, estava com 21/22 anos e  mãe de um menino de 1 ano e tentando novamente se encaixar no mercado de trabalho, foi quando fui chamada para uma dinâmica em uma empresa que ate então não tinha ouvido falar, a Ceabs serviços. Lembro me como se você hoje na entrevista, a primeira coisa que me perguntaram quem iria cuidar do meu filho, principalmente se ele adoecesse? E neste momento, me enganei ao pensar que poderia contar com as pessoas próximas, pois nessas horas é somente a mãe mesmo. Fui contratada e na primeira semana, meu filho adoeceu e precisei ficar em casa com ele, neste momento achei que não passaria da experiência, foi então que eu descobri um empresa muito humana e que realmente valoriza sua missão e valores, o CARE : " Valorizamos as pessoas, temos tempo para os outros, compartilhamos sucesso com o time e somos receptivos aos feedbacks."

Em 2021, 7 anos se passaram, e além do meu emprego, ainda tive grandes oportunidades de crescimento, onde de operadora de atendimento passei por 3 processos seletivos, sendo o primeiro para qualidade, o segundo para assistente administrativo e o de liderança, o qual eu não queria participar, pois não acreditava no meu potencial, mas meus gestores acreditaram e hoje sou supervisora de atendimento, e procuro desenvolver a minha equipe da melhor maneira possível, para que eles se espelhem e tenham garra para crescer. Hoje também, sou mãe de dois meninos, mãe solo, me libertei de um relacionamento abusivo e graças a Deus meus filhos tem uma saúde extraordinária e não preciso me ausentar do trabalho.                                                      Hoje nos 3 somos uma família muito feliz, grata pelo meu emprego que neste momento de pandemia nos proporciona o home office e posso trabalhar e estar juntos aos meus meninos.
