We are the sum of our experiences!
Experience is gained by doing and repeting actions, but it is also necessary to imagine them and then put them into practice even in ways that are not always usual.
You are not born a parent, you grow up with your children. You don't make friends, you get to know each other and you get to know each other and then realize how great it is to share and learn. You are not born already capable of doing things, but it is possible to try and believe in it and then get passionate and certainly improve, perhaps to perfection.
Knowing this, I can live what surrounds me, challenging myself with courage and the right curiosity, always trying to give the best of myself, in every area, because only by living intensely can you really feel part of something: work, family, affection, leisure.
Generali has given me the opportunity to challenge myself, to try to go beyond my limits and, inevitably, to broaden my experience as a worker, as a mother, as a wife, as a friend and, for some, as a reference point.

Noi siamo la somma delle nostre esperienze !
L’esperienza si acquisisce nel fare e rifare le azioni, ma occorre anche immaginarle per poi metterle in pratica anche in modo non sempre consueto.
Non si nasce genitori, si cresce con i propri figli. Non si nasce amici, ci si conosce e ci si frequenta per poi accorgersi quanto sia bello condividere e imparare. Non si nasce già capaci di fare cose, ma è possibile provarci e crederci per poi appassionarsi e sicuramente migliorare, magari fino alla perfezione.
Consapevole di questo allora posso vivere quanto mi circonda, sfidandomi con coraggio e con la giusta curiosità, provando a dare sempre il meglio di me, in ogni ambito, perché solo vivendo intensamente è possibile sentirsi veramente parte di qualcosa: lavoro, famiglia, affetti, tempo libero.
Generali mi ha dato la possibilità di sfidarmi, per cercare di passare i miei limiti e così, inevitabilmente, accrescere la mia esperienza, come: lavoratrice, mamma, moglie, amica e per alcuni anche come un punto di riferimento.
