Publishing of the "Guidance for the shareholders"

Milan – Generali announces that the “Guidance for the shareholders on the dimensions and composition of the Board of Directors for the three-year period 2022-2024” has been published on the corporate website www.generali.com, in the Governance/Annual General Meeting section. The document was approved on the 16^th February by the Board of Directors of Assicurazioni Generali, chaired by Gabriele Galateri di Genola. Subsequently, the Operating Manual for submitting a list of candidates will be also available on the same page.
