Determination is what helped Maria leave her comfort zone and bring her project to life. She left her career in the US to go back to Peru and found "Crack the Code", a company that provides coding courses to young Peruvians with no distinction concerning their background. Despite lacking previous experience in coding, a sector that is still male-dominated, Maria successfully runs a socially beneficial business, supporting young, underprivileged people who are often excluded from business opportunities due to the low level of public education.
