Shares history 2024

Pursuant to the Board of Directors' resolution of 11 March 2024, following the the authorisation issued by the competent authorithy (IVASS), the free share capital increase transaction was implemented, resolved pursuant to Articles 2443 and 2349 of the Italian Civil Code, in the amount of €10,079,883.77 through the issuance of 9,870,350 shares with no par value to be assigned to eligible employees in accordance with the provisions of two long-term incentive plans (the 2019 LTI Plan and the 2021-23 LTI Plan).
